Cacao Ceremony:
Delve into the heart of Beltane with a sacred cacao ritual, you will connect with the alchemical power of love energy and stoke the fire of your inner passions.
Kundalini Dance
Awaken the primal energy of Beltane, align your energy in the lower chakras: root, sacral and solar plexus and connect with your strength, creativity and inner power.
Breathwork Experience
You will experience a very powerful meditation. You will connect with and work from your three power centres: sex, love, and consciousness, to manifest your heart's desires.
Fire Ceremony
Honour the sacred flames of Beltane to celebrate the growing power of the sun.
Sauna and River Dip
We'll conclude the day with a purifying sauna session, followed by a refreshing dip in the River Boyne, and hot tub.
